When will I get my Collector’s Edition items (backpack, pet, and mount)?

The Collector's Edition items will be available to purchasers of the Digital Collector's Edition (CE) during Head Start. All users who have pre-ordered a boxed copy of RIFT will also receive the CE-exclusive pet and mount during Head Start. However, due to technical constraints, the Collector's Satchel in-game bag will not be available until you have applied the Product Registration Code included in the RIFT Collector's Edition box. The mount and pet will be removed at the end of Head Start from accounts that have pre-ordered a box copy of RIFT and haven't applied their CE Product Registration Code. But don’t worry, these items will be returned when the CE Product Registration code is applied.

aka all those who buyed collector's edition from Trion must w8 to the box comes?

If you ordered the CE edition directly from Trion ( as I did ), this will be automatically added to your account, so when you log on the items will be waiting for you in your mailbox. I can confirm this as I also had them available in the Final Beta test.
If you ordered the CE edition from elsewhere, I believe you will have to enter the specific code you recieve with your game and enter it via your trion account management page.
